We take our engineering work seriously, but here are some important limitations to understand:

• No safety-critical systems: Our services are not intended for applications where a failure could result in death or severe physical damage (e.g., medical life-support, aviation) without a separate, explicit safety agreement.
• Scope changes: Changes to agreed project scope may result in revised timelines and costs. We'll always communicate this clearly and get your approval first.
• Third-party components: We are not liable for failures caused by third-party hardware components, modules, or software libraries that are part of your project specification.
• Maximum liability: Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

• Cancellations: Either party can end the engagement with written notice. You'll be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
